Sesame chicken wings (crispy wings)

Ingredients
Chicken Wings 2-1 / 2 pounds
Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
sugar 1/4 cup
Sesame oil or olive oil 02 tablespoons
Green onion top 4-6 (finely chopped)
garlic cloves 04(finely chopped)
Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
Lemon 01 (cut into wedges )
Red chilli 1/2 tsp crushed
Water as required
Sesame chicken wings recipe
- First, you preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Arrange the lightly oiled foil over a large shallow baking pan.
- Now you prepare for the marinade. Finely chop the garlic and make a paste, also cut the green onion, and keep it aside.
- Wash the wings thoroughly and place them on a paper towel to dry.
- Now in a large bowl add soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili water, sugar, and garlic paste and whisk together.
- Now add a wingette to it, flip it twice to coat the wingette well. Cover the marinated chicken wings, and keep them in a refrigerator for at least 2 -3 hours.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on the shallow rack of the roasting pan. Bake it for about 25 minutes at 400 degrees without covering it.
- Take out the rack and flip the chicken wings and bake them for about 20 minutes or until they are tender.
- Take the wingette out of the oven and place it in a large bowl, pour sesame seeds, green onions, lemon juice, and toss. Now your chicken wings are ready and serve it hot with other dishes.
Recipe note
- If the wings are full, cut with a large knife and remove the tips from the chicken wings. Then use it in the recipe.
- If you want to make sticky and crispy Asian chicken, then add hoisin sauce, honey, and oil along with soy sauce.
