Bell Peppers (Capsicum) 06 (Slice 1 inch of red color)
Garlic cloves 5-7 (crushed)
Onion 01 big (cut into 1-inch slices)
Tomato 4 big size (cut into thinly sliced)
Dry white wine 01 cup
Virgin olive oil 02 tablespoons
Black Pepper Powder 0 1 pinch
Fresh herbs 02 tbsp (basil, oregano, chives)
Balsamic vinegar 02 tbsp
Sea Salt according to taste
How to make pepperonata sauce recipe
- Heat a large skillet pan on a medium flame over the gas, add a small amount of olive oil to it, and spread it through the spatula. read.
- Now sprinkle a pinch of sea salt in it and stir until it leaves the oil.
- Now add chopped onions and bell peppers to it, Now add the garlic and stir well.
- Add wine and about 1 cup of water to it, and cook until it comes to a boil.
