Ingredients for a vegetable soup recipe

Carrot                                               1/2 (finely chopped)

Cabbage                                          1/2 (finely chopped)

Capsicum                                         1/3 (finely chopped)

Spring Onion                                  1/3 (finely chopped)

Peas                                                  02 tablespoons

Sweet Corn                                    01 tbsp

French Beans                                 1/3 (finely chopped)

Ginger                                              01 inch (finely chopped)

Garlic                                                 4-5 clove (finely chopped)

Black pepper powder                 1/3 tsp

Vinegar                                            02 tsp

Corn flour                                        02 tbsp

oil or butter                                    01 tbsp

Water or vegetable stock         0 3 cups

How to make vegetable soup

  • Wash all types of vegetables according to the quantity mentioned above and cut them finely and keep them aside.
  • Take cornflour in a bowl and make a batter by adding about 1/2 cup of water.
  • Now place a heavy-bottomed pan on the gas and heat it. Add 1 tablespoon of oil or butter to it, turn down the heat to medium.
  • When the butter is hot, add ginger garlic, and stir.
  • Roast the ginger garlic pieces for about 2 minutes, now add all the chopped vegetables and fry for about 4-5 minutes.
  • When the vegetable becomes tender then add 3 cups of water or vegetable stock to it and mix it well.
  • Allow to boil about 1-2, now add salt to taste.
  • Add cornflour water and keep going continuously, so that the lumps are not formed.
  • Allow the mixture to thicken. Add vinegar and black pepper powder to it and mix well. It takes about 6-8 minutes for the mixture to thicken. Read also.
