Ingredients for Frittatas
Eggs 10
Milk 03 tablespoons (full cream milk)
Salt as per taste
Plum tomatoes 02 thinly sliced
Cheese (Paneer) 1 cup grated (or cut into small pieces)
Vegetables 3 – 4 cups chopped (You can take your vegetable greens.)
Chopped Green Onions 02
Olive oil 01 tbsp
For garnish Garnished herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, or rosemary)

Preparation for Frittata recipe
- For the frittata recipe, preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Now crack all the eggs in a large bowl, add full cream milk and salt as per taste.
- Add the cheese and mix the egg yolk, whites, and herbs. Keep it aside.
- Till then cut all the vegetables finely and keep them aside.
- When the vegetables are cut and ready, add any spices and herbs before adding the egg mixture to it.
How to Make Frittatas
- Now place a 12 inch cast iron skillet pan on the gas and heat it on medium heat, add one tablespoon of olive oil, and heat it medium.
- Now add chopped vegetables to it, thicken it with chopped green onions and other vegetables.
- Allow the vegetables to cook for a few minutes, keep going in the middle, add soft vegetables like zucchini to make it easier to cook.
- Cook it for some time until the vegetables become soft,
- Then add chopped garlic and vegetables to it, and cook until fragrant, add salt as per taste.
- Pour the frittata mixture into the skillet pan, and shake the pan slowly, so that it dissolves well between the vegetables

- Now sprinkle the cheese on top of your frittata mixture and transfer the pan to the preheated oven.
- Leave in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the mixture is set.
- When it becomes light golden on the top and sides, take it out and let it cool down a bit.
