Ingredients for Drumstick Leaves Recipe
Drumstick leaves 04 cups
Spring onions 8-10 (finely chopped)
Mustard seeds 01 tsp
Mustard oil 01 tbsp
Curry leaves 12-15 leaves
Salt to taste
To grind:
Coconut 01 cups (grated)
Turmeric Powder 01 tsp
Dry red chili 2-3
Garlic 5-6 cloves
How to make drumstick leaves thoran
- First of all, wash the drumstick leaves thoroughly by putting them in a sieve, and keeping them aside.
- Put the grinding ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind them coarsely. Do not add water while grinding. Keep aside after grinding.
- Now heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, chopped spring onions and curry leaves to it and fry for a while.
- When roasted well, add drumstick leaves and fry for about 8-10 minutes. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Add the ground mixture to the grinder and mix well.
- Cook it for about 8-10 minutes and let all the mixture mix well.
