Instant noodle with White sauce
White Sauce Cheese Maggi is a delicious and quick Maggi recipe, made with milk and cheese. This is a rich and a favorite recipe of kids because of milk and cheese. It is also nutritious as it uses milk and cheese along with green vegetables. All its ingredients are available at home, you can add vegetables of your choice.
It is a great nutritious breakfast for morning and evening. This requires a little care, put a packet of Maggi in water and cook for 2,3 minutes. Noodles has to be cooked till about 80 percent. Drain the extra water from the maggi.

Ingredients for Maggi recipe In White Sauce
Maggi 02 packets (medium size)
Olive oil 02 tbsp
Fine Flour (maida) 02 tsp
Cold milk 02 cups
Garlic 2-3 cloves (finely chopped)
Carrot 01 large (finely chopped)
Capsicum 01 (finely chopped)
Or you can use whatever vegetables you like.
You can also use cabbage, cucumber and beans in this.
Amino 1/2 tsp
Chili Flax 01 tsp
Cheese Slice 02
Maggi Masala (Available in Packet)
Salt as per taste
Instant noodle with White sauce
- First, put oil in a frying pan, put it on the gas and heat it.
- When the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic, amino, and chili flakes to it and fry a little.
- Now add chopped vegetables in it and roast it, do not roast the vegetables too much, roast it till 80%.
- Add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour to it and mix well, at this time turn the flame to medium.
- Now add cold milk to it and mix. Cook it for about 2,3 minutes.
- After cooking for 2, 3 minutes, add cheese slices and salt according to taste, and cook.
- Add Maggi masala and then boiled Maggi to it and mix it well and cook it a little.
- Now your white sauce Maggi is ready, garnish it with green coriander taken out in the plate and serve hot.

Suggestion
